Preserving Ginger Carrots

Join other Bluestem Farm members for a fun evening of preserving ginger carrots. The discussion will include an explanation of various types of fermentation. We'll also put on a big pot of borscht, the delicious Eastern European beet soup featuring fermented vegetables, and talk about how to incorporate LF foods into winter meals.

The farm will provide ingredients and send you home armed with information, expertise, and a few jars of beautiful food.

This event is open to our CSA members only, please.

Free, but donations on behalf of Blue Plate Project are gratefully accepted.
