Member Highlight: Team Peacock-Buhr

Sometimes families get together and share a share. Each week, supermoms Wendy and Lisa divvy up a large large between their households. They contributed the delicious recipe ideas for this week's share. Thanks so much, Wendy and Lisa!

Wendy's Massaged Kale Salad with Radishes and Pine Nuts

Be sure to chop your kale very well. Add olive oil and lemon juice and salt, and massage for a minute. Throw in pine nuts and quartered radishes or slightly steamed beets. Let sit for at least 20 minutes.  Serve with homemade hummus and a quinoa tabbouli.
